Amazing- on every level. Answered the phone on a Saturday, came out the same day, inside and out my apartment looks amazing. I also had some difficult screens and some tinting on a kitchen window that took forever to take off- no extra charge. I think my apartment was harder than anticipated and still, no extra charge. Patient and kind and treats his employees well. And, he backs up his work 100% and truly takes pride in what he does. I cannot even believe how much more light is coming in through the windows... they offer incredible value, no other way to say it.
